82510: "150 Years of the Geislingen Grade" Freight Car Set


From Complete Program 2000/2001.

Prototype: 6 different design freight cars, used on the German Federal Railroad (DB). 2 type Off 52 auto transport cars. 1 tank car with brakeman's platform. Car privately owned by Zeller & Gmellin, Petroleum Oil Refinery, Eislingen/Fils, Germany. 1 boxcar without brakeman's cab. Car privately owned by Fachingen, Medical and Mineral Springs. 1 type SSym 48 heavy duty flat car. 1 type Uc-54 powdered freight car.

Model: The two autotransport cars form a prototypical double unit. Two of each of the following cars ae included as a load: VW Beetle, Mercedes Benz 220 with tail fins, VW type 1 van and BMW V 8, all made of metal. Brakeman's platform and platform with ladders separately applied on tank car. Finely detailed, partially open frame. Boxcar has sliding doors that can be opened. Heavy duty flatcar loaded with a machinery crate made of real wood. Removable stakes included. All cars in special version. Not available separately.

Special one-time series in 2000. Already delivered to the dealers.

The 88222 locomotive goes well with the 82510 freight car set.
